Unfortunately, due to the personal nature of many of our products and the COVID-19 pandemic, we are unable to process returns at this time. 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello at siliconegear.com and a member of our team will be in touch.
