Will My Face Shield Fit Me?
Yes. It comes with a stretchy, silicone strap with eight eyelets. This means that you can adjust it to your head and preferred tightness. It will also fit children.
What Is the Casco Shield Made From?
It has three components: a medical-grade silicone strap, a medical-grade polypropylene headband, and clear PET visors.
How Do I Assemble It?
Minor assembly is required, but very easy. You can read the instructions here.
What Is Included With My Casco Shield?
With the smallest order, you get two headbands, two straps, and four visors. This is ideal for one person who wants two complete sets or if you want to give one to a friend.
We also offer larger bulk orders right on this site, ideal for small businesses or big families. You can purchase the Casco Shield™ in packs of 20, 40, or 120, keeping in mind that you get two visors per headband component.
Will My Visor Fog Up?
The visors are non-fogging.
What Sets the Casco Shield Apart?
Our face shield is 100% made in Maine in our ISO 13485 certified factory. The headband and strap are sanitization-safe, meaning that you can clean them with bleach (the visor is safe for cleaning but will not withstand routine bleach cleaning). The Casco Shield™ you see on our website is the product of five design iterations and several rounds of customer feedback.
We are the manufacturer, product designer, and fulfillment center, meaning that you're getting amazing quality at great prices. In addition to making shields and scuba gear, our factory manufactures medical device components for large companies around the world.
We started making face shields at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic to help our community in Maine. Today, we're pleased to offer fast shipping around the country and have helped thousands of businesses reopen and protect their employees.
Can I Order Wholesale?
In addition to the bulk quantities we offer on our website (discounted packs of 20, 40, and 120 shields), we also offer larger wholesale opportunities. If you're interested in more than 120 units, please fill out our wholesale form and we'll be in touch shortly.
What Size Scuba Mouthpiece Should I Get?
We offer three sizes: long bite, standard, and kids sizes. The long bite is better for divers with a larger mouth, especially men. The standard size is ideal for adult divers with medium or smaller mouths, especially women. The kids mouthpiece is great for young divers.

Do You Offer Individual Scuba Products?
We do not currently offer individual scuba products. Our main focus is catering to our global community of dive shops.
What Are ExerTies for?
ExerTies™ are sustainable rubber bands. They were initially invented as a regulation-friendly way to hold sleeves during a sports game, such as soccer or volley ball. Today, ExerTies™ are a favorite among athletes and the all-purpose silicone straps that you can't do without. Our customers use them to keep bags of frozen veggies closed, organize office supplies, hold their keys, and so much more.
What Size Casco Cup Should I Choose?

When Will Your Antimicrobial Products Be Available?
We are refining our antimicrobial formula and will let those on our presale list know the moment they are available for preorder. We are working really hard on getting this product to everyone as soon as possible.

What Sort of Doorknob Will the Antimicrobial Doorknob Covers Work With?
The first model we're releasing will work with round doorknobs and be available for individual and wholesale. However, we are looking to develop other models for other doorknobs (levers, push handles..) and are open to collaboration in the future. How Much Does Shipping Cost?
We are pleased to offer free U.S. shipping to the 48 lower states on all of our products. We offer discounted shipping to Alaska and Hawaii as well.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
Orders ship within 2 business days of purchase. Shipping typically takes between 3 and 10 business days, depending on your distance from our factory and fulfillment center in Sanford, Maine.
Do You Offer Expedited Shipping?
We do not currently offer expedited shipping, though we hope to in the future.
Can I Track My Order?
Yes, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your order.
Do You Offer In-Store Pick-Up?
We do not offer in store pickup because we do not have a store. We are a factory, so our facility is entirely dedicated to production and we do not accept visitors.

What Is Your Return Policy?
We are currently not offering returns because of the personal nature of our products. Our facility manufactures a variety of essential products beyond those you see on this site and it is critical that we keep our team healthy at this time.
